Outsourcing social media

Outsource social media. With numbers that mean something.

You want to outsource your social media, but you do not want to pay for reach and likes with no customer behind them. We start with a diagnosis on your own data: what has social actually delivered, which channels contribute and which only cost time. Then we set it up right and manage it actively, across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Your accounts and data stay yours, and every change is logged where you can always look it up.

Start the diagnosis

First the diagnosis, on your own data. Only then a proposal.

Sound familiar?

Why social often delivers nothing.

01

You pay for reach, not for customers

The report shows impressions, followers and engagement. How many enquiries came out is missing, because it is not measured.

02

Posting happens because it has to

Three posts a week per the calendar. Without anyone checking which ones ever delivered.

03

All channels at once, none of them well

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok side by side, with the same content and half a budget each.

04

The business account is in the agency name

Switch partners and you start over: no history, no audiences, no learning data.

Social can work, but only if you measure what comes out at the bottom instead of what goes in at the top.

Which channels

Not all four. The right ones.

We pick channels based on where your customers are and what the diagnosis shows, not on what a package prescribes. Often two channels do well what four did halfway.

Meta: Facebook and Instagram

The centre of gravity for most Dutch companies. Broad reach, steered sharply through message rather than targeting switches.

LinkedIn

For professional services and longer sales cycles. More expensive per click, but the right people.

TikTok

Works if you have something to show and can keep up the creative. Otherwise it is an expensive hobby, and we will say so.

Organic

Posting without budget makes sense when it belongs to a real story. Not as filler for a content calendar.

What it costs

Outsourcing social media: the costs.

Management starts at 399 euros per month. What you need above that follows from the diagnosis, not from picking a package. Your ad budget is separate and you pay it directly to the platform, from your own account.

  • From 399 euros per month for management
  • No margin on your ad budget
  • The diagnosis is free of obligation and you keep the report
  • No long-term contract

What business owners ask us.

What does it cost to outsource social media?

Management starts at 399 euros per month. On top of that comes your ad budget, which you pay directly to Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok from your own account. We take no margin on it. What you need exactly is determined after the diagnosis.

Do you also do Meta Ads and Facebook advertising?

Yes, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is the centre of gravity for most Dutch companies. We also run LinkedIn and TikTok where it fits. Which channels make sense follows from the diagnosis, not from a standard package.

Is TikTok right for my business?

Only if you have something to show and can keep up the creative. TikTok demands far more new video than Meta. If that does not fit you, we would rather say so now than after three months.

Do my social accounts stay mine?

Yes. Business page and ad account are in your company name, you keep admin rights, and the audiences and history you build stay with you if you leave.

Do you also do organic posting only?

We can, but we are honest about it: organic posting without budget and without a story rarely produces enquiries. We do it when it belongs to something real, not as calendar filler.

How do you measure whether social delivers?

We repair the measurement first, so an enquiry is actually counted as one and can be traced to channel and campaign. Without that step everyone steers on reach, and reach does not pay bills.

Social does not have to be a cost centre.

Start with the diagnosis. Within two weeks you see in black and white what social has delivered so far and what there is to gain.
